| Chocs Away, let's face it, is there because we love chocolate ! Our only claim to chocolate retail experience was that we've spent many a long year going into this and that chocolate shop to buy the stuff ! |

When we set up Chocs Away we decided to do it as right as we possibly could - chocolates are pernickety little items, requiring the right temperature, the right humidity, the right lighting to show off their beautiful coats, and of course just the right ribbons to go out in !
So we looked at all the details and installed all the necessaries to make the chocolates happy - full air-conditioning, a dehumidifying schedule, high-tech lcd lighting, and beautiful packaging (the latter with a lot of help from our sophisticated chocolatiers and their fine brand images). |
